About Me

My name is Michael France. I have recently earned my BA (Hons) in Multi-Disciplinary Design from Buckinghamshire New University. As a multi-disciplinary 3D design student I experienced many different aspects of design and consider myself capable of challenging any design brief, with my ability to create and develop interesting concepts, produce technical drawings, visualize concepts, source material, calculate costs, present concepts and design solution, and manufacture models and working prototypes.

I was selected as a finalist for the student lighting awards 2007 which allowed me to exhibit at interiors birmingham 2008 and got my work published in idFX. I was also highly comended by the RSA for my work produced for their adding value brief in 2008

Whilst studying at university I discovered I have a real passion and interest in computer aided imaging. I am proficient in 3d Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop CS3, V-ray and Rhinoceros 3D.

I am currently looking to get my foot on the ladder and start my career within design or CAD. I welcome any design positions or freelance briefs. If you require any more information or have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.
